History:
Krutsch was founded about 1906 by Germans resettling from nearby Zvonarev Kut. They were Lutherans.
In 1912, a new parochial school was constructed in the village.
In 1994-95, 35 German families moved to Krutsch from Kazakhstan.

On 1 November 1912, a new school was constructed in Krutsch and was used as a Lutheran prayer house.
