Busch (Laub)
Johann Heinrich Busch, a servant in the household of Herr Baldauff on the Einsiedel, was born ca. 1733. He married 6 December 1765 in Rossdorf bei Darmstadt, Hessen, to Anna Catharina Häusser. She was born 10 September 1734 in Rossdorf bei Darmstadt.
Johann Heinrich Busch, a farmer, and his family arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 4 July 1766 aboard the ship Der Jager under the command of Skipper Gabriel Wild.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Laub on 12 July 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 10.
The 1767 census records that Johann Heinrich Busch came from the German village of Rossdorf in the Darmstadt region.
