Widow Elisabeth Erb and sons (Johannes, age 12; Georg Wilhelm, age 9-months) are recorded on an appendix to the 1767 census of Paulskaya in Household No. 19 along with three Wagner children (Ludwig, age 17; Georg Nikolaus, age 13; Katharina, age 5). The relationship between the Erb and Wagner families is not recorded.
They settled in the colony of Basel.
The 1767 census records that Elisabeth Erb came from the German village of Grünenbach [?].
