Friedrich Kisner, a farmer, and his wife Anna Elisabeth Malchus settled in the Volga German colony of Hildmann on 18 August 1767. They are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 41.

In 1795, Adam Kisner moved from Hildmann to Leichtling.

The 1767 census records that Friedrich Kisner came from the German village of Gotha in Sachsen (Saxony).
