Konrad Lutzi, a farmer, and his wife Anna arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 25 July 1766 aboard a Russian packet-boat under the command of Lieutenant Sornev.
They settled in the Volga German colony of Dietel on 1 July 1767 and are recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 42.
The 1767 census records that Konrad Lutzi came from the German village of Zenberg in the Darmstadt area.
