The 1767 Census of Kratzke records the family of Philipp Michaelis (age 27), a wine-maker (Weinbrenner) from "Kurpfalz, Munsam?", his wife, Maria Dorothea, 28, and their daughter Anna Magdalena (no age recorded) in Household No. 3. They had settled in Kratzke on 7 August 1766. The Michaelis chart prepared by Igor Pleve in 1998 records Philipp Michaelis from "Kurpfalz, Munsam?".

Evangelisches Kirchenbuch Monsheim, 1609-1781, records:

"den 28tn Juny ist Kieffer Meister Johann Theodor Michaelis ein Söhnlein gebohren, den 1tn July (....) getaufft. Gevatter war ..Johann Philip Pleickarth, gerichtsman N: Joh. Philip."

Translation: [28 Jun (1742) a son was born to master cooper Johann Theodor Michaelis and baptized 1 Jul. Godparent was Johann Philip Pleickart, judge. Name: Joh. Philip].

Widower Johann Philipp Michaelis is recorded on the 1798 census of Kratzke in Household No. Kr01 and a couple of his sons in Households No. Kr21 & Kr22.

Michaelis descendants are recorded on the 1834 census of Kratzke in Households No. 8, 16, 23, 47, 54, 56, & 79.

On the 1857 census of Kratzke, Michaelis descendants are recorded in Households No. 8, 16, 22, 49, 50, 57, 59, & 78).

Georg Jakob Michaelis from Kratzke and his family are recorded on the 1857 census of Ährenfeld.
