Widow Margaretha Gänzemüller settled in the Volga German colony of Bettinger on 3 August 1767. She is recorded there on the 1767 census in Household No. 35.
The 1767 census records that Margaretha Gänzemüller came from the German village of Bernitz.
There are no known surviving male lines of this family among the Volga German colonies.
