Conrad Lutz married in Aulendiebach on 23 May 1755 to Anna Catharina Hart, daughter of Johann Heinrich & Anna Maria Hart. She had been baptized in Wolf on 30 September 1731.

Konrad Lutz, a farmer, his wife Katharina, son Jakob (age 5), and mother Anna arrived from Lübeck at the port of Oranienbaum on 4 July 1766 aboard the English frigate Love & Unity under the command of Skipper Thomas Fairfax along with single servant Johann [Ernst] Müller.

Konrad Lutz, a farmer, his wife Katharina, and sons (Jakob, age 5½; Andreas, age ½) are recorded on the 1767 census of Balzer in Household No. 68. They had settled in Balzer on 18 June 1767.

Konrad Lutz and his family are recorded on the 1798 census of Balzer in Household No. Bz026.

Both the Oranienbaum passenger list and the 1767 census record that Konrad Lutz came from the German region of Isenburg.
